At Larroudé, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging, including the designer dust bag and shoe box, is included in your return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a size exchange, or a store credit with an added bonus.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton, then download and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
